At The Marshmallow Shop, we work hard to get your marshmallows to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, shipping methods, and delivery expectations.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

During peak seasons, sales, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available at checkout)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

At this time, we do not ship internationally. We hope to expand shipping options in the future.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.


Shipping Delays

The Marshmallow Shop is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Force majeure events

If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.


Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable), and we will make it right.
